This service requires an upfront
cost of $299.00, which purchases a
mobile broadband USB device: the
Novatel U727 and includes 2 months
of mobile broadband service of up to
5 Gigs of usage for each month over
the Sprint mobile broadband network.
At the end of 2 months you can opt
to purchase prepaid data service of
5 Gigs over the next month for
around $55 or 100 Megs of service
for around $30.
This service does NOT automatically
renew nor are you automatically
charged for additional months.
The device is shipped dormant and
requires you to contact the
Slingshot team at 866-506-9600
between 8AM - 8PM EST Monday through
Friday for activation. The monthly
service does not begin until you call for activation.
This account also requires a $29.00
activation fee plus a $15.00
shipping charge. Total
cost: $343.00
NOTE: this account cannot be used in
conjunction with a Millenicom device
or one brought by the customer.
